Simple terms for using DoranPay. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoranPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our invoicing and payment management services.

Using Our Service

By using DoranPay, you agree to use our invoicing platform responsibly. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating invoices. You agree not to:

  • • Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities including creating false invoices
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
  • • Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content through the platform
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
  • • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
  • • Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activities that happen under your account. Keep your password safe and contact us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any actions taken through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

Payments & Subscriptions

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. We may change our prices with 30 days notice.

  • • All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan
  • • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account
  • • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact our support team for assistance
  • • Free tier users may be subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page
  • • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account

Your Data

You own all the invoice and client data you create on DoranPay. We will never sell your data to third parties. If you cancel your subscription, you can export your data before the end of your billing period, and we will delete it from our servers after 30 days. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our invoicing services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The DoranPay platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by DoranPay and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent. Invoice templates and documents you create using our platform are yours, but the underlying template designs and platform features remain our property.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep DoranPay running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify you about planned maintenance and work quickly to fix any issues. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned. We recommend that you regularly export and back up your important data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoranPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of DoranPay after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service and close your account.
